The group's technology, integrated in Brazil

ACTE builds the thermal heart of the microturbine. BluenPower turns gas into power on site. Rengia brings both to Brazilian clients.

ACTE: heat turned into efficiency

ACTE designs and builds compact recuperators and heat exchangers. Its recuperators let a microturbine reuse its own exhaust heat, and the GAP line recovers waste heat from industry.

20+

More than 20 years building recuperators for microturbines.

~½

Independent recuperator supplier to nearly half of all microturbine makers.

CPT and COMPACT recuperators

up to 90% effectiveness: the turbine gets back almost all the heat its exhaust can give. Built to withstand creep, fatigue and start-stop cycling.

GAP 30-3-2 waste-heat exchanger

GAP

a tailor-made exchanger for waste heat recovery. It recovers up to 85% of the heat in the exhaust gas.

Waste heat into chip cooling

ACTE technology turns exhaust heat into cooling for data centres.

BluenPower: power available today

For anyone who needs capacity now, BluenPower offers a generation block built around a 2 MW-class gas turbine, containerised and installed next to the load.

  • For AI data centres, each block is designed to deliver 1.12–1.26 MW of IT.Design target
  • 2 MW-class turbine in simple cycle.Manufacturer catalogue data
  • Block fuel: pipeline natural gas.
  • Hydrogen: in development — already accepting up to 30% hydrogen blended with natural gas (2 MW-class block).

No integrated block has been built yet. Integration, cooling and IT output will be proven on the pilot block.

Next: microturbine blocks

Smaller blocks with redundancy inside the block itself, for loads of a few hundred kilowatts.
